1. Both the chair and pillow were just ridiculously dated and dirty.

3. There was NO hot water to shower in the morning, as others have mentioned, we were not brought extra pillows (only provided with two tiny square pillows) after going downstairs to request them, and the air conditioning was completely shut off in the entire hotel.

8. Calling the front desk to get extra pillows was a nightmare, no one answered for the first few tries and when someone did it took 20 minutes to bring two pillows and they were out of blankets.
