7. Very nice hotel staff, fast check-in and elevators, large, clean room, nice view, convenient downtown location, and an easy walk to the Great American Ball Park.

8. Karen was especially helpful at check-in, offering us suggestions of places to visit, restaurants to try, etc. We did have an issue with the drain in our bathtub, but once we called the front desk, the problem was rectified within 30 minutes.
