Nothing accessible near the bed, To me that was more disappointing than the fact that room service skipped us two days in a row, and took until 8 pm before they even brought clean towels (however they did comp us 1free night, so don't be afraid to express your annoyance!) No fridge, no microwave in the room.

4. The line was busy - I am guessing it was because the room phone was improperly programmed (earlier that night, the room service button rang endlessly when pushed and no one ever answered).

7. The Millennium is in a great location, but the front desk employees are rude, rooms and corridors are dirty, a 20-30 minute wait each time you need an elevator, room service food was cold, rooms are small, and very noisy.
