6. The staff ensures (try their best) that you get the room of your choice i.e. you want a room away from the lifts, one which is quiet or with a good view, not too high, too low et al.

9. and probably a few other things I am forgettingWhat I liked:- Your personal kitchen - Basic rooms was good sized and had a sectional sofa- Nice modern appealing design- Hotel has attention to detail- Depending on which side your on, a great view of Uptown- Awesome complementary breakfast- Good locationThe only things I did not like where:- The complementary Internet could grind to a near halt between 8p-Midnight during the week.
