1. The good: Very clean and tiled, very welcoming view of the park/beach and ocean drive, a lot of natural light from the 2 huge windows (corner room) with 2 big day beds which my 4 years old loved to sleep in.

3. Apart from the positive side - clean room - excellent view across Ocean Drive over the Lummus Park palm trees towards beach - quiet part of Ocean Drive - one very friendly person at the reception desk, there were some downsides.
