1. The city views rooms (which is what we had) were no remarkable, they overlook the roof of the mall, which is quite ugly.

2. We had plans to stay at the Hyatt Regency for a romantic night away but after viewing 3 disgusting dirty rooms there including there nicest room we got our money back and started looking around.

5. We had a small electronic glitch with a pay-per-view movie ( had occasional lines running through it) , and the front desk immediately took it off the bill when we mentioned it.

7. The hotel is U shaped and if you don't specify, you get stuck with a view of the other inside wall and the roof of the lobby.

All kids get a free backpack - and we have three kids;milk and cookies at turndown, a disney media room to play in, a free Radio Disney entertainment/games/event with prizes galore;All guests were invited to the penthouse to view the downtown fireworks - (and you could also view the Ballpark fireworks whilst waiting),oh, and did I mention with complimentary beverages free breakfast for the kids and you didn`t have to checkout until 12.00 noon.

9. This makes sense if people are trying to reserve suites with oceanfront views 'on the cheap' but when booking a room based on bed size and smoking 'preference' I honestly think that these requests should be granted for those with health concerns or etc. At any rate, had requested a 'king non-smoking' and expected one.
