1. The elevator was scary and walking up and down stairs for the 4th floor with 2 little kids along with not being able to get a shower was horrible.

4. We also had some issues with things not quite working- the dishwasher never did work, toilet leaked a bit and barely flushed, water pressure low in shower, and temperature adjustments difficult to get room constantly at a comfortable temp.
