1. Cons:1) Free shuttles departing the hotel are limited in that they leave just a few times/day and pick up at Universal and Sea World was too early - about 45 mins to an hour before park closure which is a bummer because who wants to leave the park early when you've paid so much to get in to begin with?2) Only 1 elevator which was busy/slow - not a biggie really.

2. The complementary shuttle service to the parks was good, but I could see a few problems at busier times of the year as seating was limited and only one shuttle bus was used.

5. We got a great rate through Expedia ($75 per night), and for such a low cost, it was worth every penny to have the space of a one bedroom suite PLUS all the included benefits of the hotel (free breakfast, free parking, free internet, free shuttles, free happy hour, etc.).

7. Breakfast was free and had a good range of the usual continental stuff and the hotel had a free shuttle to the theme parks (the only down side was that it left for universal studios at 9:25am but the park opens at 9 and we wanted to be early so we drove ourselves).
