3. the rooms are bit outdated but had lot space its being done up over next few months and we seen a proto type which looks really posh and was amazing, all the staff were polite and nice the kids loved xavier front desk and joe and joey the barmen these 3 were always great and asking how we were and going out of the way for us.

10. Front desk staff was great especially Xavier (very friendly & helpful) Marian checked on my FedEx packages for me and got me a taxi asap on my last day to go to FedEx to collect lost package :) Cleaning staff was great my suite was cleaned everyday.
