1. Our room at the Hawthorn Suite was really lovely, it had everything you needed for self catering, although we were never in the room at meal times, the room was clean, the maid service was very good every day.

However, Hawthorne Suites provides a hot breakfast, a manager's reception where we met other guests and shared a glass of wine and the check-out time was 12:00 noon rather than 10:00 a.m. Hawthorne Suites also provided daily maid service and when we returned from Universal, we opened the door small light left on to welcome us back to our room.

7. We left the do not disturb sign on the door our entire stay so we didnt have the maid service come in but when I called down for more towels and toilet paper, they were at the door in the time it took me to hang up the phone, get a pepsi and sit down on the couch.
