1. There were some maintenance issues in the bathroom with a shower handle and a toilet tissue holder not staying in place.

4. There was a big stain on the carpeting of our room and when I went to take a shower, the cleaning staff didn`t clean up a bar of soap left by the last guest and the soap had some sort of hair on it.
