7. To be honest, there's a female manager at the front desk who never smiles so that's always off-putting but rest of staff is helpful & friendly.

10. Even there management handled the situation rude, I called and waited 3 hours for them to call me back, and then calling again received another manager who listened and said sorry not going to help you and hung up on me.
