2. I booked through Priceline yet my Hilton Hhonors Gold status was honored with concierge lounge hot and cold evening munchies (beer was $5) and a free breakfast voucher (though it appeared on my bill as a charge which they reversed when I showed it to the desk)--might help to add number to reservation ahead of arrival.

3. Husbands steak was overcooked and served with the wrong side item, they immediately took it back, came back out with the correct side and a perfectly cooked ribeye AND removed it from our bill.
