1. Upon arrival, I was happy to find a clean, artfully appointed lobby and front-desk staff that were professional and helpful.

2. Yes, the lobby is spacious and adorned with strikingly rich-in-color art to elicit at least a periodic pause in appreciation, and yes the greeting aroma of a fresh chocolate chip cookie is always welcoming when you are away from home.
