1. On the way out for the evening, we mentioned to the front desk that we needed extra towels since we had all showered before going out, and, when we returned, both rooms had another full set of bath towels, hand towels, etc. Beds linens were very nice.

3. Not only is this the most broad and ridiculous generalization that I've ever heard, but I've also never heard of a large hotel chain that didn't provide refrigerators or shower caps for their guests.

8. The last thing I want to do when I am exhausted and check into a hotel is call room service and wait for them to bring me a small shower cap or haul a refrigerator into my room.
