1. It has potential as it's in a good location if you need to be in this area owing to the walking distance to restaurants (Chili's, steakhouse, Starbucks, an Italian, an Indian, a creamery etc).

6. The hotel location is good near to westhimer and Richmond roads, 10 mins from memorial mall by car, free parking space, few restaurants are located just 2 min walk, easy access to all hot spots, wifi, free tv channels and pay to watch.
