1. The hotel location is good near to westhimer and Richmond roads, 10 mins from memorial mall by car, free parking space, few restaurants are located just 2 min walk, easy access to all hot spots, wifi, free tv channels and pay to watch.

3. The staff seemed a little 'slow' and my partner seemed to be in endless arguments with them about the wifi (we paid a business rate with wifi included but then could only connect one device, then they tried charging extra etc).

4. Wireless signal was not strong enough in my corner of the 4th floor, but because it was the corner, the T-Mobile 4G worked wonderfully, so I just tethered my phone for my internet needs.
