2. Or if a commute isn't too much of an issue (15 mins in no traffic) then I can highly recommend the Intercontinental near the city centre which is much nicer and better value for money.

4. When we checked in we were asked for a credit card for the room, I was going to give a debit card which we have for a dollar account but was told that the money would be debited automatically but that this would not happen if we gave them a credit card.

Nothing to say about the staff, polite and smiling BUTfor 4 four stars hotel you expected to have much more for the money you pay, like in other paritetic hotels where you can have as free-benefits:- Small safe-box in the room- Mini bar- shuttle-bus to the airportand other 'smaller' thinks like: slippers, bathrobe etcI asked a plug-adapter for my european mobile charger and they told me 'we don't have it you must buy it).

6. I didn't have my receipt cause I wated to do paperless as to why I booked online but I do have a copy and Will Have To Take Time From My Busy Schedule to take them a copy of my receipt to get them to put the money back in my account.
