3. Also give priority to people who cannot get up any other way (ie stairs or escalators) like people in wheelchairs or with a walking aid (cane, crutches) Aside from those two things, the hotel is nice one of the best hot showers I've ever had and the beds are great.

Pros: Clean; comfortable beds, effective and quiet heat, nice complimentary toiletries, bowed shower curtain rod (love those!), walking distance to Short North area and Arena District for good dining and entertainment, friendly desk and bell staff, express check-out either on in-room TV or electronic kiosks in lobby.

7. Water pressure in the shower was minimal, and we all encountered difficulty turning off the water in the tub (which I should have mentioned to the employees so they could fix it--they may not be aware it needs repair).
