1. My suggestion is that if you want to charge for something, a) don't make it something that a cheaper hotel gives away for free and b) make something like in room massage or something like that more money.

3. There is pay parking a couple blocks away without in/out privileges, or you can pay the extra money for valet.

4. First off let me say that this is a very nice hotel, lovely furnishings, nicely appointed rooms the food was great (although in all fairness I don't know if they were part of the hotel, or connected to the convention center)After having said that, while I understand that in a bad economy you must recoup money somehow, I do not think it is right to do it by charging for internet($10.00 a day).

6. We did public parking in a nearby garage for less money, and you could get to the hotel indoors from a walkway that connects the garage with hotels, and stores.

7. You are not allowed to take a cart to your room to make it easier to pack your things - they will only let you use a cart if you let a bellboy bring it, ensuring you of having to spend money on tips.
