5. Would recommend going to einsteins (only open during the week thus not an option on the weekend) or north market instead for a reasonable priced and delicious breakfast sandwich.

9. For light sleepers I recommend staying on the south-facing side of the hotel, as far away from High Street as possible.

10. THere is a small pool and workout facility, but I recommend neither as it is in the basement, pretty musty, little ventilation and looks pretty warn down.
