6. I can concede that my request for extra time to take a shower was a bit much, I understand that room turnaround is very important, but combine that with the bug problem, the overall uncleanly of the room, and the bugs, and it made for a very unpleasant stay.

8. Difficult to pinpoint why this was a disappointing 3-star Hotwire pick - the rooms were kinda OK and you could tell they were trying by the addition of an upright fan heater and a modern shower curtain but the room was damp - it even had a Damp-Rid bag full of water hanging in the closet.
