The front desk was awesome, when I arrived there was a woman in front of me that didn't have her printed groupon and they directed her to the

computer so she could print out another.

Also, a conference room in the
lobby
was being used for a Christmas party (there was loud music coming from it) so people attending the party took parking spaces intended for hotel guests.
