1. Though the room and its furnishings are old, the room was fairly clean -- well, except for the BUG that was on the other pillow when I woke up in the morning.

3. The bed wasn`t too uncomfortable either, and they have a 'pillow menu' that allows you to choose what type of pillow you want.

4. The main complaint we had was that the towels and pillow cases were not clean when we arrived so we had them replaced.
