1. Had a king bed room and queen suite booked for 4 of us, outgoing guest broke the shower leaving my girl and I potentially stuck for 3 days when the hotel was extremely packed.

2. We also had problems with our safe and shower head, but once we called the front desk, everything was fixed quickly and the staff were amazing.
