He also has a great sense of humor - he told me both men (and women) working at the hotel were allowed to grow goatees!:) He also mentioned on several occasions that the General Manager of the hotel (Dennis) was absolutely wonderful to work with and this gave him the ability to make exceptions for us and really treat us with fairness and respect.
