3. Prior to this year I would have echoed the comments of many reviewers - convenient location for business travelers, on site restaurant suitable for breakfast meetings, comfortable rooms with desks and a mini fridge, surprisingly pleasant lobby area.

5. While I was waiting for the hotel's engineer to meet me in the lobby, the front desk staff told me (and my friend) to make ourselves comfortable in the lobby and use the restroom, etc. as needed.
