6. Shower walls had black & pink mold, I asked for new bedspreads when we got there as ours had little blood and chocolate stains, and there were a couple of stains on the curtains and some stains on the ceiling.

9. An hour and a half later of my Las Vegas fun time wasted they had barely gotten in there to try and fix the problem(by the way the flooding in the shower made the whole room smell like $h!t).

10. The sheets and towels changed everyday, and even when the shower drain slowed down one morning we alerted maintenance and it was fixed by the time we returned in the afternoon.
