4. We were hounded by what we thought was Hotel staff selling time share with offers of free shows etc. Poker room is all automatic, no dealers which took away from the game, overall we got great value for money but when we go back we will be staying at the MGM, which is more luxurious and very central and close to all amenities.

5. More importantly, it's within short walking distance to some important amenities for a budget-conscious traveler: Walgreens/CVS and a convenience/liquor store.

7. Fourth: value; a comparison will show that the Excalibur is more competetively priced than most major hotels in Las Vegas, and yet, they provide large rooms, great bedding, and small room amenities.
