1. The place is dirty, wi-fi doesn't work and the manager I delt with Kaena was less than friennly or helpful.

2. Upon checking out, a trainee was helping us and the manager who was assisting her in the process didn't even bother looking at us and thanking us for staying the night -- that's bad customer service alone!and i'm sure she can see notes in the record about the incident.

MY SON AND I FOUND IT TO BE VERY NICE OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN AND KEPT THAT WAY WE COULD GET TO ANYTHING WE WANTED I DID MENTION TO THE CLEANING MANAGER THEY MIGHT WANT TO GET NEW MATTRRESSES BUT WE SLEPT FINE THEY JUST NEEDED TO BE REPALCED SHERWOOD CAFE WAS GREAT AND GREAT DEALS SON LOVED THE BUFFETTOVER ALL STAY WAS GREAT.
