2. called front desk, he tells me housekeeping has gone home for the day, but he assumed that room was clean since the curtain was open on it!he switched us rooms, the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed and there was a dirty rag hanging in the shower.

AS I SIT ON THE BED, I HUGE BUG CRAWLS ON ME,SO I KILL IT AND TAKE IT TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET MY ROOM CHANGED,OK, THE SECOND ROOM MUCH BETTER UNTIL I GO INTO THE BATHROOM TO TAKE A SHOWER,THE LINEN WAS SO DINGY AND HAD OTHER PEOPLES HAIR STILL ON IT,SO I CALLED DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK TO HAVE FRESH LINEN BROUGHT UP, AND THE LADY AT THE DESK SUCKED HER TEETH AS IF I WAS BOTHERING HER.

9. The tub in our room didn't drain- so we ended up showering in several inches of dirty water, the toilet barely flushed, the light over the vanity/sink didn't work, the iron was broken, our 'non smoking' room smelled very strongly of smoke, and to top it off the wireless internet was down.

10. after we get in the room, we notice a bar of soap in the shower, and an empty condom wrapper in the bottom of the dresser.
