1. When i went to check in early, i requested a 1st floor room, front desk advised they hadnt cleaned those rooms yet.

2. It is located off of high point rd, near attractions like the mall, special event center, movie theatres, etc. Check in was great as the front desk clerk was very friendly.

AS I SIT ON THE BED, I HUGE BUG CRAWLS ON ME,SO I KILL IT AND TAKE IT TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET MY ROOM CHANGED,OK, THE SECOND ROOM MUCH BETTER UNTIL I GO INTO THE BATHROOM TO TAKE A SHOWER,THE LINEN WAS SO DINGY AND HAD OTHER PEOPLES HAIR STILL ON IT,SO I CALLED DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK TO HAVE FRESH LINEN BROUGHT UP, AND THE LADY AT THE DESK SUCKED HER TEETH AS IF I WAS BOTHERING HER.

5. called front desk, he tells me housekeeping has gone home for the day, but he assumed that room was clean since the curtain was open on it!he switched us rooms, the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed and there was a dirty rag hanging in the shower.
