3. He said that it was policy to lock himself in the lobby, but I suspect that it had something to do with denying access to the hundred or more hotel guests that were having an impromptu party in and around the hotel and parking lot after a concert at the nearby Coliseum.

4. There was old room furniture dumped in the parking lot and other garbage all around.

5. Each time I am there the place looks more run down, with more sanitation and maintenance issues, and more loitering by numerous 'guests' in the parking lot, lobby and corridors.
