1. We arrived late after driving from Chattanooga and were tired the reception was quick and efficient and the room clean and the bed comfortable the shower was good and plenty of towels the continental breakfast was plentiful it was a pleasant surprise after reading some of these reviews.

AS I SIT ON THE BED, I HUGE BUG CRAWLS ON ME,SO I KILL IT AND TAKE IT TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET MY ROOM CHANGED,OK, THE SECOND ROOM MUCH BETTER UNTIL I GO INTO THE BATHROOM TO TAKE A SHOWER,THE LINEN WAS SO DINGY AND HAD OTHER PEOPLES HAIR STILL ON IT,SO I CALLED DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK TO HAVE FRESH LINEN BROUGHT UP, AND THE LADY AT THE DESK SUCKED HER TEETH AS IF I WAS BOTHERING HER.
