1. I'm not one to focus on one issue, but the bathroom (shower and toilet areas) was so tiny - it absolutely kills the experience.
"If you expect a comfortable room and bathroom -- pass " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/22/2012 Vote
2. The showers are full of design flaws; there are no doors or curtains, which inevitably leads to a pond on the floor and a wet toilet.
"I liked it, but... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/19/2011 Vote
3. Poorly designed bathroom - the small space containing the toilet and shower is enclosed by a sliding rice paper door that is somewhat see-through from the room side.
"Great Room Brought Down by Ill-conceived Bathroom " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/24/2010 Vote
4. The toilet and shower are only seperated from the rest of the room by a semi-see-through sliding door that was damaged.
"COULDN’T WAIT TO LEAVE! " Read full review on Expedia   11/10/2009 Vote
5. The toilet and shower are cramped in a tiny room with an opaque pocket door.
"Intercontinental is FAR BETTER in every way. The W bathroom is terrible. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/8/2009 Vote
6. Bathrooms are similar to the Hyatt Place with an outside sink, and a tiny, tiny rolled door area for a commode and shower.
"A Solid THREE STAR Property " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/3/2009 Vote
7. Bathrooms are tiny and the open shower means that everything in the bathroom gets wet.
"Not a hotel - a nightclub with a place to sleep when the bar closes " Read full review on Expedia   6/10/2009 Vote
8. The main problems with the room were that the walls were paper thin, the air conditioning/heating unit was extremely loud (we had to turn the tv up about 10-15 notches to hear over it), the shower was awkward (you couldn't adjust the pressure on the shower head), and to be honest, the towels had a smokey smell to them (kind of like charcoal).
"Great deal, but not a great hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/16/2009 Vote
9. The shower is an extended tile stand-alone.
"Awesome Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/5/2012 Vote
10. The bathroom is a very nice, however the shower is set up in a unique way.
"Awesome Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/5/2012 Vote
