As soon as I got to the room I realized I needed dishwasher liquid and a microwave to sterilize my daughters bottles and called the whenever whatever line and they definitely delivered on their promise, they went out and bought me detergent and just charged me for the cost of the item and then delivered a microwave to the room.

10. We requested for additional face towels and the hospitatlity staff told us there were 'nt anymore clean, it costed $30 for valet parking and self-parking is such a inconvenience, there wasnt a fridge or micromave in our room, and no one asisted us with our lugage.
