1. Pool area was a little crazy with all of the people but nice - however they hoarded the towels in a back room yet we were told at the front desk that pool towels were at the pool- Went to the front desk to complain about no towels at the pool- was told ' there should be an attendant in the pool area' When i stood there and stared replying, ' I would not be standing here if i received help in the pool area, she finally said that she would call 'someone' I finally went to the back area of the pool to find a kid in the back and asked him for towels- He replied - 'everyone winds up taking them up to the room, so we don't put them out' as he handed me 4 towels from the overflowing laundry cart full of clean towels.

2. Non smokers with children stayed at this purposed 'non-smoking Hotel'- Although the pool area was understaffed with no towels- the kids liked it- There was a pervasive odor of tobacco smoke in bathroom-coming from the vent on the wall.

3. My daughter went to the desk to ask for more and she was told that they didn't have any and we would have to bring our own dirty towels down before they could give us more.
