1. The rooms were very clean and made up each day with clean towels, etc. and the hot breakfast each morning was very good.

9. When I called to report the lack of maid service, someone did bring towels and collect the trash, but again, not enough towels, etc., and no apology or explanation of why this happened.

10. We returned late in the evening to the room as we left it--wet towels in the bathroom, trash overflowing (the baskets are woefully small for a family suite!), beds unmade, etc. I suspect that the maids are working hard but understaffed.
