6. The main aspects that I look for were great - the room was very clean, the front desk service was fantastic, our request for adjoining rooms was made, and I thought the location was great (right off the highway).

7. But then the people at the front desk said they could get us some food the night before so they offered us the choice of fruit, cereals, milk and yogurt so we could have something in our room early the next morning - that`s great customer service.

9. We saw the housekeeping lady at the room across the hall and let her know that our room needed to be serviced and that the toilet was clogged.
