1. On the plus side: fast room service, fast delivery of towels when I called, excellent AC, albeit a little noisy.

7. Though they have placards all over the room promoting conservation & recycling, I see no evidence of effort on their part: no recycling even though the wastebaskets are divided, & they change the sheets & towels no matter what.
