1. Burnt out lightbulbs in the lamps, outlets that didn't work, sad little scratchy bath towels (only ONE wash rag for 3 people.

3. what i found was a room that was the same as any other room I have stayed in any other time but smaller, towels were thin and dingy.

7. We went to the desk to get towels and received ones that appeared to have been floor towels in the 1960's.

8. My only true complaint is that the housekeepers need to leave more than one set of towels in the rooms whenever it is booked for more than one guest.

10. soap, towels, paper products, etc. All appliances fairly new and good working condition, TV service had ample channels, complimentary coffee in the lobby, desktop computer with internet free to use in lobby.
