1. In general, this visit we found the housekeeping and cleanliness of the room just abyssmal.

5. Their only response was that b/c we had put out the 'Do Not Disturb' sign earlier, THAT was the reason we didn't get housekeeping.

7. (and even more annoying was that as we were loading the car at 10:45 AM to check out at 11AM we could see housekeeping entering our old room to clean it.
