3. I was taken back - I had never been spoken to like this in a customer service atmosphere, especially when the fault was with the business.

4. soap, towels, paper products, etc. All appliances fairly new and good working condition, TV service had ample channels, complimentary coffee in the lobby, desktop computer with internet free to use in lobby.

They have the mounted flat screen tv, mini-fridge/microwave combo, coffee maker, hairdryer, full size ironing board w/iron, and generally just 'better' mattresses, linens, furniture, carpet/flooring, etc. Also, the internet service seems to run easier and faster in this area of the property, in my experience.
