1. The bathroom was clean except for one towel with a black stain on it.

2. (Same dirty towels about all day) When we asked about late check out as a Platinum Member (a benefit of the program) we were met with surly resistance by the same unfriendly front desk staff member referenced above.

3. The sheets were not very well pressed and the towels are dingy and are not plush at all.

7. The pool was okay, but the cabana where the towels were stored had no attendant and it was pretty dirty - lots of maintenence stuff sitting around there, etc. The tables and loungers needed to be cleaned - everything looked like it needed some attention.
