1. Later that evening we checked again and the cordial staff member who checked us in the day before said that we would not have any problem with late check out and to remind them in the morning to ensure housekeeping knows.

4. (Same dirty towels about all day) When we asked about late check out as a Platinum Member (a benefit of the program) we were met with surly resistance by the same unfriendly front desk staff member referenced above.

5. Then at the end of check out, after we had paid and were loading our bags into the car to go home, the front desk manager called me back to say 'Just so you know, we aren't going to report this little issue!' and I was stunned because we had done NOTHING wrong.

Then at check out there was only 1 person athe the front desk and she informed me she was the best and she was a Manager (Pat Vaughan)she was trying to check out 3 people at a time and messed up all of our folio's,got my PC number wrong and handed me the guy besie me his receipt,its sad cause this is a nice place and could be a grea stay,but not with the Employees workin there now,Malcolm Leslie is the only Good Manager at this Hotel.
