8. After four Transatlantic Phone calls to try and reslove this - one of which, to a Mr Vaughan took over 40 minutes while he dealt with other guests enquiries at the reception desk, we are still no further forward in getting this money refunded.

9. while staying at the crowne plaza i left a binder on my hood of my vehicle that contained a large sum of money the front desk worker ASTRID was a ton of help and instrumental in helping me to recover my lost items crowne plaza is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee i look foward to staying at this hotel again.
