1. :) Pool areas can get crowded later in the day, which was not a problem for us as we would go down late in the morning and stay till early afternoon - Canadians and the sun was plenty hot for what we like :) Pools and hot tubs are kept very clean with plenty of towels available at pool side.

7. In all of these, the staff was in charge of all the cleanliness of the rooms, putting away/washing our dirty dishes and leftovers in the kitchen, tiding up all the rooms, 24 hours of front-desk assistance, small convenient store in the hotel and towel service at all the the jacuzzies and pools.
