3. Clean room, and maid service stopped by daily to replenish towels empty trash, etc. If you look at the website it clearly states that there is a difference between the rental units and the owner units.

4. Considering there was no maid service my biggest concern was that someone entered our room (without permission) and removed an item from the kitchen (minor) but an invasion of privacy and safety.

5. Maid service came during the middle of the week and I don't know about anyone else's service, but she would not enter/clean the room until we got there and we got in really late that week.

6. The only very, very minor complaint I have is, we didn't get maid service (our choice) so I asked for an extra packet of coffee for our second morning, and they wouldn't give it to me.

7. Washer/ Dryer etc. Beautiful Grounds, Pools, BBQ Grills, Hot Tubs, Saunas, etc. when the construction is complete there will be a Deli/ Sandwich shop, a Bar by the main pool, a small grocery store etc. this is a timeshare complex, so if you are looking for daily maid service, room service etc. this may not meet your expectations.
