9. ) Once you are used to it, the overall atmosphere of the cafe and the hotel is like its own little community; the staff is friendly and helpful, but you can't be afraid to ask for things--we got our room cleaned when we asked, got multiple beach towels every day from the front desk and they let us keep our luggage behind the front desk all day the first day (we were early) and the last day (we checked out at 11 but our flight was not until 7:30).
