1. Checked in late at night and was granted a complimentary suite upgrade even though I hadn't stayed at a Hilton in years.

4. As a Diamond my preference is set for a king bed and upon check in the gentleman informed me that he didn't have any king beds available but could upgrade me to a junior suite.
